In The Deep Quiet Of The Church – Lectures On Stress  In Billund Church at 7 p.m.   In English: 25 + 26 September    Attend these two lectures on stress - in Billund Church. Wednesday evening will be a narrative journey through the development of the brain and of mankind until present society with more than one million days of sick leave a year – in Denmark alone. Focus will be on reasons for stress and on eradicating some resistant myths on stress.   On top of Wednesday’s presentation of reasons, Thursday will be an evening dedicated to preventing stress. With our knowledge of stress and how the condition is triggered in body and brain, it is easier for us to prevent and recognize the danger signals typical of stress.   Lecturer is clinical psychologist Klaus Bertel, specializing in trauma and stress treatment.   Free admission.
