Første time vil være introduktion til meditation og søndagsretræte. De to sidste timer foregår på engelsk med temaet 'Silence':"Silence is the essence of our being, the core awareness in which all thought, feeling, sensation enters. Cutting through the layers of thoughts, feelings and sensations that normally occupy our mind, and touching this essence can be a healing, freeing and empowering experience.
